What Doctors and Mainstream Media Say About Hydroxychloroquine
The brouhaha on hydroxychloroquine began when US President Donald Trump promoted it. He was criticized for playing the doctor. Heavily sided against POTUS was the mainstream media (MSM) who echoed its dangerous side effects—in dire consequences.
The problem with Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ)
The problem with hydroxychloroquine or HCQ clearly stipulated by FDA—heart rhythm problems. Other than that, it appeared political. Some doctors alleged that FDA ceased control of the drug for a sudden unknown reason. What used to be easily accessible in the pharmacy was not anymore.

New Study: International Journal of Infectious Diseases
According to Dr. Steven Kalkanis., the CEO and neurosurgeon of Henry Ford Health System, “Our analysis shows that using hydroxychloroquine helped save lives… the data here is clear that there was a benefit to using the drug as a treatment for sick, hospitalized patients.”
Overall, hospital system patients in the study experienced an 18.1% in-hospital mortality rate. Regardless of treatment, mortality was highest in:
- Patients older than 65,
- Patients who identified as Caucasian,
- Patients admitted with reduced oxygen levels,
- Patients who required ICU admission.

What mainstream media is saying about hydroxychloroquine
MSM headline exposed the negative effect of the drug, while “conservative media” echoed its positive effect. Dailymail had this to say, “Doctors around the world say hydroxychloroquine, is the best treatment they’ve used on coronavirus patients“.
CNN – “Drug Trump touted doesn’t work for very sick coronavirus patients;” left-liberal NY Governor Cuomo who supports late-term abortion also said, “The drug “didn’t really have much of an effect on the recovery rate.”
CNN Health – Study finds no benefit, higher death rate in patients taking hydroxychloroquine for Covid-19.
NBC – ‘No miraculous recovery’: Some ICU doctors say hydroxychloroquine isn’t helping sickest patients.
TIME – a few people who began self-medicating with the drugs in an effort to prevent COVID-19 have died, and others have been hospitalized. These tragedies make clear that because the drug combo isn’t yet approved for treating COVID-19.
CNBC – Deaths and poisonings reported on these drugs. Chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine are known to have serious side effects, including muscle weakness and heart arrhythmia.
NY TIMES – Small chloroquine study halted over risk of fatal heart complications. A research trial of coronavirus patients in Brazil ended after patients taking a higher dose of chloroquine, one of the drugs President Trump has promoted, developed irregular heart rates.

Dr. Simon Gold
Dr. Simon Gold appears to have a solid credential to back her claim. She’s both a doctor and a Stanford lawyer. According to Dr. Gold, “Massive international study shows countries that implemented early outpatient treatment with hydroxychloroquine had a 79% lower mortality rate.”
Last July, a group of doctors referred to as “COVID Front line Doctors” drew flack from the left mainstream media. They suggested hydroxychloroquine can cure coronavirus patients. As a result, Dr. Gold fired from her job.
Dr. Yvette Lozano, Battar
Dr. Lozano strongly opposes much of the so-called “science” and “medical-media disinformation” fed to the public. Last May 23, 2020, she delivered a strong message at Frisco, Texas, disavowing (leftist) media
She backs her claim with her many patients that recovered with the help of hydroxychloroquine. Dr. Ivette Lozano also cited a treatment protocol in France, where every patient that received the drug survived and improved. Dr. Battar has 29 years of medical experience.

Plandemic Indoctrination
Channel London Real theorist David Icke claims the coronavirus is part of a sinister plan and produced conspiracy movie ‘Plandemic Indoctrination.’ The video went viral in May but the next month, YouTube removed plandemic.
It has also been flagged on Facebook, Twitter, and demoted in Google. Scientist Judy Mikovits throws critical information about the virus, but she herself is discredited by several outlets.
Who’s telling the truth?
Well, it is not easy to confirm if it is safe to use because of strong dissent from the media exposé. Although a few Doctor disavows the drug with dangerous side effects. Doctors in Asia and other countries say otherwise, according to reports.
Perhaps after the US election, we’d know if the war on hydroxychloroquine is politically motivated. Meantime, “FDA cautions against the use of hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine for COVID-19 outside of the hospital setting or a clinical trial due to risk of heart rhythm problems,” the FDA website said.
